The Constitutional Council held a Plenary Session to examine and deliberate on the Letter of Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei HENG Samrin, President of the National Assembly, requesting the Constitutional Council to examine the constitutionality of the Law on Amendment of Article 45 (bis) of the Law on Political Parties. As a result, the Constitutional Council unanimously decided that the Law on Amendment of Article 45 (bis) of the Law on Political Parties (Decision Nº 197/005/2018 CC.D of December 28, 2018) is in conformity with the Constitution.
